Each fragrance is the result of ongoing scientific and creative research into essences, along with a sophisticated formulation with unrivalled persistence and durability .As a Client Advisor , you will act as a true brand ambassador, delivering a unique and memorable customer experience that reflects the values and identity of Dr. You will guide clients through our exclusive fragrance collections and ensure an exceptional level of service.Location: Milano Fiori Chiari, ItalyEmployment Type: 1 Full-TimeContract : Permanent/Fixed Tem ContractWelcome customers with elegance, representing the BrandProactively maximize cross-selling opportunities by leveraging the full range of products available in-store.Enhance brand loyalty by transforming every client visit into a memorable luxury shopping experienceHandle requests and feedback professionally, aligned with luxury service standardsSupport and participate to in-store events to boost visibility and salesCollaborate with the team to monitor KPIs (ATV, UPT, conversion rate…)Boutique Operations & Visual MerchandisingEnsure impeccable visual standards and brand image in the storeManage stock levels, product replenishment, and back-of-house organizationExecute all operational and stock management activities—including inventory, logistics, cash handling, and reporting—in strict accordance with company policies and head office guidelines.At least 1–2 years of experience in high-end retail, preferably in Fragrance/ Beauty/ Luxury Retail ExperienceStrong communication skills in Italian and English; other foreign language skills are a plusConfidence in using digital tools and POS systemsFlexibility to work varied shifts as required by the business, including weekends and public holidays.
