La persona selezionata sarà il punto di riferimento per i clienti nel post‑vendita, promuovendo soluzioni di assistenza, contratti di manutenzione e ricambi. Un ruolo strategico per sviluppare il business aftermarket, fidelizzare la clientela e cogliere nuove opportunità commerciali.ResponsabilitàPromozione di contratti di manutenzione programmata e Full ServiceGestione del portafoglio clienti attivi con focus sulla soddisfazioneVendita di ricambi e accessoriCollaborazione con il Service Manager e i tecnici sul territorioMonitoraggio dei KPI post‑venditaRedazione di offerte commerciali e gestione del ciclo di venditaRequisitiEsperienza in ruoli commerciali o tecnici (industriale / automotive)Conoscenza settore carrelli elevatori o macchine affini (preferibile)Ottime capacità comunicative e di negoziazioneOrientamento al cliente e ai risultatiAutonomia nella gestione del territorioConoscenza base di CRM e pacchetto OfficeFormazione tecnica e commerciale continuaDettagli e beneficiInserimento in un'azienda strutturata e internazionale. Team collaborativo e supporto costante.Retribuzione 30-40 K + bonus. Auto aziendale, tablet, telefono e strumenti digitali. Data inizio prevista: 23/02/2026.
