In this role, you will have a significant impact on how our partner operates daily, driving data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency. Your role will encompass designing and refining systems and processes that allow a remote SaaS business to not only scale but thrive. By collaborating with leadership, you'll establish clear performance metrics and operational structures that align teams towards shared goals. You'll play a critical role in developing a cohesive and effective operational strategy, ultimately shaping the future of the scraping industry. AccountabilitiesOwn and improve the company’s operating model, ensuring effective planning and execution. Establish and maintain company-wide KPIs and reporting in collaboration with data and finance teams. Lead initiatives related to revenue and operations, such as pricing strategy and forecasting. Enhance cross-team coordination and documentation in a fully remote work environment. Act as a trusted partner to the leadership team to translate strategy into actionable plans. Provide structure and clarity to complex projects across various functions.Requirements8+ years of experience in operations or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS environment. Strong experience with data analysis, metrics, and BI dashboard reporting. Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote and low-bureaucracy organization. Experience collaborating with various teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance.
