KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Boutique ManagementManage product uploads, and catalogue accuracy on tallermarmo.com and marketplaceWrite product descriptions in line with the brand tone of voice and luxury positioningMaintain consistent visual merchandising across the Online BoutiqueEnsure the right assortment is available at the right timeSupervise and contribute to newslettersMonitor site functionality and coordinate with the technical team Order & Inventory OversightSupport ecommerce logistics in orders fulfillment during peak periodsCoordinate with Customer Care to ensure timely and thoughtful serviceMonitor orders, payments, and inventory levelsAnticipate restocks and manage supplies to prevent stockouts Analysis & ReportingMonitor and interpret key performance metrics to guide strategic decisions ContentsSupport content creation initiatives, including photoshoots and video productionCollaborate with creative teams to support campaigns, launches, and traffic-driving initiatives REQUIREMENTSMinimum 2 years of experience in EcommerceSolid understanding of Shopify and Google AnalyticsProficient in Excel SKILLSThoughtful, proactive, and solution-orientedCollaborative with a strong sense of ownershipDetail-driven and able to oversee processes end-to-end
