Come Regional Sales Manager, sarai responsabile della gestione delle operazioni, dello sviluppo di nuovi business e dell'aumento delle vendite delle nostre soluzioni di videoanalisi AI in tutto il Paese.

Cosa faraiDefinire, sviluppare ed eseguire la strategia commerciale regionale per promuovere la crescita di DAVANTIS in Italia.Identificare e acquisire nuovi clienti e opportunità di business , nonché sviluppare e mantenere il portafoglio clienti esistente , rafforzando le relazioni a lungo termine.Analizzare il mercato, la concorrenza e le tendenze del settore per proporre azioni commerciali e strategie in grado di generare una crescita sostenibile.Pianificare e gestire progetti commerciali in modo indipendente, assicurando la corretta esecuzione e il monitoraggio dei risultati.

Chi stiamo cercandoIl candidato ideale combinerà forte leadership e visione strategica con una vasta conoscenza del mercato italiano della sicurezza elettronica e CCTV, eccellendo nell'engagement con i clienti, nello sviluppo dei partner e nella crescita commerciale a livello nazionale.Solida esperienza nel mercato italiano della sicurezza elettronica e CCTV.Eccellenti capacità di networking, comunicazione e negoziazione.Forti capacità di project management, pianificazione e organizzazione.Laurea universitaria o esperienza professionale equivalente.La conoscenza dell'inglese o dello spagnolo è considerata un plus.
