Construction Site Manager

Overview Per la sede di Tulucești, Romania, ricerchiamo un* Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) che abbia maturato un'esperienza professionale di almeno 2-3 anni nella supervisione e gestione operativa di cantieri riguardanti impianti da fonti rinnovabili o in alternativa opere civili o infrastrutturali.
La figura ricercata risponderà al responsabile della divisione Civil Engineering.
Il candidato ideale dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti: Diploma in materie tecniche (geometra, perito, etc.) o in alternativa Laurea in ingegneria (civile/ambientale/edile);conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici sia generali (pacchetto Office), preferibile conoscenza dei seguenti software: Auto CAD, Primus, MS Project;conoscenza delle tematiche tecniche inerenti i cantieri di impianti eolici o fotovoltaici o di opere di ingegneria civile (strade, movimenti terra, cavidotti, opere in c.a.);conoscenza della normativa inerente la sicurezza nel cantiere;capacità relazionali e abilità nella comunicazione orale e scritta con riferimento ai soggetti interessati nel cantiere (imprese appaltatrici, DL, CSE, PM, consulenti, etc.);buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;disponibilità a trasferte e sopralluoghi sui cantieri di competenza secondo le necessità;precisione e passione nel lavoro;capacità di problem solving e team working.
Le principali responsabilità saranno:lo studio ed analisi della progettazione esecutiva dell’impianto e dei contratti per l’esecuzione;la stesura di report sullo stato delle opere e l’aggiornamento verso il project manager;l’accettazione delle forniture;il controllo dell’avanzamento dei lavori rispetto al cronoprogramma e dell’aderenza dei lavori alle specifiche contrattuali;il supporto tecnico nelle pratiche burocratiche riguardanti il cantiere;la gestione e organizzazione dei sopralluoghi in cantiere da parte del team della società o da parte di soggetti esterni (consulenti, enti pubblici o concessionari);la comunicazione scritta ed orale con DL, CSE, PM ed Ingegneria interna e con i responsabili delle ditte appaltatrici in un'ottica di facilitazione dei processi.
La figura inoltre rappresenterà la società in cantiere nei confronti dei proprietari o enti interessati dalle opere.
La tipologia contrattuale e il livello retributivo saranno regolati in funzione del profilo e dell'esperienza del candidato prescelto.
