Role Description We are seeking a Technical Lead, who will be responsible for overseeing technical teams, ensuring smooth operations, and driving successful project outcomes.
Our Technical Lead Will Understand project needs, plan and design the structure of technology solutions.
You’ll define work schedules for the team, assign tasks and set goals.
Collaborate with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects meet quality standards.
Monitor systems to ensure they fulfill both user needs and business goals.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
Oversee assigned programs, including conducting code reviews.
Assist in solving technical issues as they arise.
Ensure the implementation of agreed-upon architecture and infrastructure.
Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Skills And Experience At least 8 years of experience as Technical Lead or IT Architect.
Hands‑on experience with software development and system administration.
Understanding of strategic IT solutions.
Experience in project management and service‑oriented architecture (SOA).
Knowledge of Java Script and Java.
Familiarity with relational and non‑relational databases, as well as vector database.
Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., Azure).
Excellent communication skills.
Good knowledge of English language.
Problem‑solving aptitude.
Organizational and leadership skills.
