Your MissionAs a
Sales Representative , you will support the sales and promotion of XCMG earthmoving equipment, with a focus on
excavators
and
wheel loaders , within the Italian territory, contributing to the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:Supporting and developing sales activities through the dealer networkBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with dealers to drive commercial performance and market presenceSupporting product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions in collaboration with the technical teamMaintaining regular contact with key customers and major rental companies to understand their needs and generate new business opportunitiesMonitoring market trends, competitor activity, dealer performance, and customer feedback, providing structured input to the sales team
Your ProfileAt least
2 years of experience
in sales roles within construction equipment, earthmoving machineryBackground in excavators, wheel loaders, or similar machinery is a strong advantageDegree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience in the industryFluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsCommercial mindset with good market awareness and customer focusWillingness to travel across Italy and occasionally abroad
