Geiger Food Ingredients Recruitment & Consultingis searching for an international Food Ingredients Company with a global network of plants, sales offices, and R&D centres for the position of General Manager Food Ingredients Europe. Location: Northern Italy, onsite This is a Business-to-Business role. Please apply only if you have experience in Flavours, Colours, Extracts, Dried Fruit and Vegetables, and other value-added Food Ingredients, not FMCG or HORECA sectors. You will be in charge of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, NPD. You are a specialist in Food Ingredients. Develop strategies and formulate the annual business plan, market share objectives. Lead a larger team: Finance, Operations, Sales Business Development, R&D, NPD, etc. Develop, lead, and manage all commercial activities, implementing innovative, growth-focused strategies, especially in new product areas and emerging markets. Ensure profitable business growth and commercial success. Require an MBA from a reputed institute and 15-20 years of experience in the Food B2 B industry. Responsible for driving the entire business operations with a focus on top-line and bottom-line performance, increasing revenues, and profitability. Fluent in English and other local languages such as Italian. Tasks This is not an FMCG or Hotel General Manager role.
