Established Search are supporting a global medical aesthetics manufacturer specialising in energy-based technologies for aesthetic and dermatologic applications. With strong international backing, ongoing R& D investment and a growing footprint in Southern Europe, the business is entering an accelerated growth phase in Italy. To help lead and grow the Italian business, the organisation are seeking an experienced regional sales manager. This is a senior, field-based commercial role with responsibility for revenue growth, distributor performance, key account development and clinical adoption across the region. You will be responsible for: Deliver regional sales targets across the region. Help craft the commercial strategy aligned with the broader European strategy. Manage pipeline, forecasting and complex deal negotiations. Build and maintain relationships with key clinics, KOLs and hospital groups. Support product demos, training events and clinical education to drive adoption. You will possess: Proven sales experience within medical aesthetics. Strong understanding of energy-based platforms. Track record of exceeding quotas. Ideally an established network with dermatologists, plastic surgeons and aesthetic clinics.
