About the Role

As we prepare for the upcoming opening of Corinthia Rome with Carlo Cracco, we are seeking a Maître D’ who embodies elegance, confidence, and a deep passion for refined hospitality.
You will be the orchestrator of the dining room, leading a young and talented team while ensuring every detail reflects the elevated style and personality of our new project.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead the service team with poise, precision, and a natural sense of hospitality
Ensure a seamless service flow, maintaining a refined yet contemporary atmosphere
Welcome and engage guests with warmth and professional charm
Support the training and development of junior staff
Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager and culinary leadership to elevate the guest experience
What We’re Looking for:


Solid experience in fine dining or luxury hotel restaurants
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities
A polished presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and a guest-first mindset
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Symphony is a plus
Passion for working with a young, ambitious team in a high-profile opening environment
