About the Role

As we prepare for the upcoming opening of Corinthia Rome with Carlo Cracco, we are seeking a Maître D' who embodies elegance, confidence, and a deep passion for refined hospitality. You will be the orchestrator of the dining room, leading a young and talented team while ensuring every detail reflects the elevated style and personality of our new project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the service team with poise, precision, and a natural sense of hospitality
  • Ensure a seamless service flow, maintaining a refined yet contemporary atmosphere
  • Welcome and engage guests with warmth and professional charm
  • Support the training and development of junior staff
  • Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager and culinary leadership to elevate the guest experience

What We're Looking for:

  • Solid experience in fine dining or luxury hotel restaurants
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities
  • A polished presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and a guest-first mindset
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Symphony is a plus
  • Passion for working with a young, ambitious team in a high-profile opening environment
