Techbau è alla ricerca di un/una Quality Coordinator per la supervisione dei propri cantieri del Centro Italia e con base operativa sulla Sede di Roma.
Attività
Gestione dei rapporti con i consulenti di qualità esterni;
Gestione dei rapporti con il cliente in affiancamento al Project Manager di commessa;
Predisposizione del QUALITECH di progetto;
Monitoraggio delle Performance di Qualità di progetto;
Gestione degli auditing e dei reporting;
Partecipazione alle Riunioni di Fine Progetto (Lesson-Learned).
Requisiti
Laurea in Ingegneria / Architettura;
Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel medesimo ruolo maturata preferibilmente nel settore delle costruzioni;
Gradita esperienza nei controlli in produzione di elementi prefabbricati;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata;
Conoscenza approfondita della normativa di riferimento;
Buona conoscenza di MS Excel.
Completano il profilo autonomia, precisione, ottime doti di problem solving e capacità di lavorare in team.
