The role involves delivering excellence in financial and operational governance, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with international teams to follow global operations processes.The coordinator will manage operational processes, support local markets in payment deadlines, PO management, issue resolution, and lead operational meetings. They will also own agency operations related to coordination, tools, and database management.ResponsibilitiesAttention to detail:Manage aspects of the client globally, maintain financial tracking, and ensure deadlines are met.Trusted advisor:Develop strong stakeholder relationships, manage financial tasks, and own recurring projects.Global coordination:Collaborate with international markets, execute processes, and foster effective communication.Qualifications Experience and Knowledge:3+ years in operations/media financeProject management experienceInterest in international project managementBasic media understandingExperience in client communicationTechnical Skills:Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsData management and interpretationFinancial reporting interpretationSoft Skills:Highly organizedEffective communicatorProblem solverProcess-orientedTeamwork and time management skillsLanguages:Fluent in English (mandatory)Fluent in ItalianEducation:Bachelor's degree or equivalentAdditional InformationLearning & Development programsCorporate benefits and discountsWellness programs and flexible work optionsOur motto: "Viva La Différence".
