Per conto di una prestigiosa società di investimento con presenza internazionale consolidata, siamo alla ricerca di un profilo Investment Associate da inserire nel fondo Venture Capital - Tier 1.Attivo su scala europea, il fondo ha già effettuato investimenti significativi e sta costruendo un team imprenditoriale e dinamico, con l'obiettivo di espandere la piattaforma.ResponsabilitàL'Investment Associate sarà coinvolto in tutte le fasi del ciclo di investimento:Sourcing e analisi di opportunità nel panorama climate-tech e deep-tech, principalmente in Europa e Nord AmericaValutazione di startup e scale-up: analisi del modello di business, proprietà intellettuale, unit economics, product/market fitPreparazione di materiali di investimento (Investment Committee memo, due diligence report)Partecipazione attiva ai processi di investimento: due diligence operativa, interazione con founder e co-investitoriMonitoraggio post-investimento e supporto strategico alle società in portafoglioCollaborazione quotidiana con un team senior a forte orientamento imprenditoriale e operativoProfilo idealeLaurea in discipline STEM (Ingegneria, Fisica, Matematica, Informatica) o background scientifico-quantitativo solido2-4 anni di esperienza professionale in almeno uno dei seguenti contesti:Top-tier strategy consulting (MBB)Private Equity, Growth o Venture CapitalInvestment Banking (bulge bracket), preferibilmente in team technology o sustainabilityAutentico interesse per il mondo del venture capital e per le tecnologie legate alla sostenibilità e decarbonizzazioneEccellenti capacità analitiche, critiche e comunicativeCapacità di valutare rapidamente opportunità a partire da documentazione limitata (es. pitch deck)Familiarità con i principali attori dell'ecosistema internazionale del venture capitalOttima padronanza della lingua inglese (ambiente di lavoro internazionale)Caratteristiche personaliMentalità imprenditoriale, forte proattività e determinazione"Can-do attitude", spirito di iniziativa e disponibilità a lavorare in contesti complessiAutonomia, senso di responsabilità e orientamento all'esecuzione
