Mission

Riportando al Direttore Confluence di Gruppo, il Senior Project Manager è responsabile dell'impostazione tecnica di uno o di una parte di un progetto. In questo ruolo, è coinvolto dalla fase di prospecting del terreno fino all'avvio del progetto, lavorando in tandem con il responsabile commerciale su tutti gli aspetti tecnici del progetto. Il Senior Project Manager può anche essere chiamato a partecipare all'implementazione e al miglioramento continuo dei processi e degli strumenti relativi alla sua area di responsabilità.

Profil

Laurea in ingegneria edile, urbanistica o architettura

Esperienza nella progettazione di edifici logistici/commerciali

Conoscenza delle inerenti procedure amministrative (permessi di costruzione, autorizzazioni ambientali, ecc.)

Necessaria buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
