Job Description
Starfinder, agenzia di selezione del personale dedicata esclusivamente al settore ICT, ricerca un Enterprise Architect per dinamica azienda ICT in forte crescita con sede a Pisa con una comprovata esperienza nella progettazione e gestione di architetture IT complesse, sia on-premise che in cloud. La figura ricercata lavorerà su progetti ed infrastrutture di clienti Privati e della Pubblica Amministrazione, occupandosi in particolare di:
  • Progettazione di architetture complesse per la realizzazione di soluzioni complete di interoperabilità
  • Gestione dei flussi di messaggistica
  • Stakeholder Management


Requisiti Il candidato ideale ha maturato almeno 10 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo e possiede le seguenti caratteristiche:
  • Solida esperienza (10+ anni) nella progettazione e gestione di infrastrutture IT complesse, sia on-premise che in ambienti cloud (e.g. Enterprise Architect, Solutions Architect, Platform Architect, …)
  • Capacità di relazionarsi con clienti di alto profilo, gestendo i vari stakeholder di progetto e trasmettendo autorevolezza e solida leadership tecnica, influenzando attivamente le scelte tecniche del cliente
  • Capacità di definire e implementare strategie di networking e bilanciamento del carico
  • Capacità di definizione di architetture containerizzate e distribuite, valutando orchestratori (e.g. Kubernetes), pattern di microservizi e strategie di deployment
  • Capacità di configurare piattaforme di API Management
  • Capacità di disegnare e ottimizzare il percorso dei messaggi dal front-end all'API implementation, comprendendo i passaggi attraverso i vari layer
  • Capacità di definire ed applicare i criteri di autenticazione e autorizzazione (e.g. OAuth2, OIDC) di messaggio (e.g. token JWT) e canale (e.g. TLS/ mTLS)
  • Capacità di integrare soluzioni di Certificate Authority (CA) e Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) per garantire la protezione end-to-end dei dati
  • Capacità di progettare e implementare politiche di gestione del traffico (e.g. rate-limiting, throttling, routing)
  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e di lavoro in team
  • Approccio orientato al cliente e buone capacità comunicativo-relazionali
  • Evidente passione per la tecnologia e il tipo di ruolo svolto
  • Una sana dose di umorismo è richiesta

  • Accordo di smart working (anche fino a 5 giorni a settimana, dopo periodo iniziale di onboarding dove è richiesta invece una presenza di 1-2 settimane. Richiesta comunque disponibilità ad essere presente in sede anche per periodi prolungati qualora vi sia la concreta necessità dettata da esigenze lavorative.)
RAL indicativa: 55.000-65.000 €

Requirements
