We are looking for a Technical & Project Engineer to join the Hot End Team.

Tasks:

To have technical project management experience and to support HE Tech & Prj mainly in new installations and major repairs Will be assigned critical tasks and will be responsible for the execution of investment projects in time and within the budget. His tasks would include: Setting up of specifications Requesting and evaluating offers Execution of investment projects Technical supervision of contractors achieving project milestones, respecting approved budgets and Vetropack H&S standards. Monitoring of deadlines and costs Following and facilitating Acceptance tests of the installed equipment and facilities Introduction of best practice processes to achieve the Vetropack Group's production and quality goals, such as maintenance and repair processes. Ensuring know-how transfer and maintenance best practice exchange between the plants of the Vetropack Group Collaboration with business units and group functions to achieve the strategically defined goals Compliance with health and safety regulations, quality and environmental standards and all other company guidelines Coordinating and ensuring the transfer of technology know-how and project management within the Vetropack Group Standardization of the production equipment with a high degree of automation within the Vetropack Group  Auditing of the technology standards in the plants according to the Vetropack specifications Leadership and organization of the technical working group within Vetropack (Hot End Maintenance Group) Planning and responsibility for the budget and resources of the area of responsibility Able to push internally and also external contractors for closing the assigned project the best possible way for VP Being opportunity minded and thinking long term Ability to drive and execute approved projects autonomously. Act as a change agent able to communicate effectively, listen and challenge the status quo Developing, building, and practicing a culture of engagement and continuous improvement Inspire and motivate others to perform well and go the extra mile Ability to build a successful Hot End and Technician team, supporting development, coaching and assessing skills to identify strengths and gaps as well as plans to bridge this gap

Competencies:

The job holder has experience in new projects, installations regarding HE equipment technology and machinery. The job holder is aware of the HE machinery process, ideally is having production experience and is aware of IS machine standards, specifications and suppliers. The Job holder coordinates in close communication with Vetropack BUs the scheduled maintenance works and ongoing projects and investments in the Hot End area ensuring proper communication between corporate and local teams. The job holder improves in close cooperation with the Vetropack plants the standards including a feedback loop (strategy vs. operation experience) together with local Hot End specialists and Technical Directors of Vetropack plants.
