Il nostro cliente è una Società di **Investment** in Special Situations, parte di un gruppo internazionale con focus sull’acquisizione di **NPL **e **UTP **nonché la definizione di interventi di **ristrutturazione aziendale**:

Ricerchiamo una figura di:
**Investment Associate UTP - Distressed Team**
La figura ricercata sarà inserita nel team d_i Pricing & Underwriting_ ed in particolare nel team dedicato alle_ Aziende in Crisi_, ovvero aziende in situazione di stress finanziario ma con solida operatività tale da non richiedere un** turnaround gestionale**.
Con la supervisione dei membri senior del team, avrà il compito di valutare e strutturare operazioni di investimento di **NPL e UTP** in ottica **single names**, e più nello specifico si occuperà di:
- Supporto nelle attività di pricing ed evaluation mediante analisi finanziarie;
- Due diligence e valutazione degli asset delle aziende target
- Redazione di Infomemo, insight, business plan e proposta di soluzioni per il raggiungimento degli obbiettivi;
- Supporto nella definizione strategica post-closing
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in materie finanziarie;
- 3-4 di esperienza nel ruolo maturata presso Team M&A e Corporate Finance di Big Four o società di consulenza con focus sul mondo Distressed oppure Boutique di Corporate Finance;
- Ottime competenze di modellistica finanziaria e utilizzo avanzato di Excel;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Spirito imprenditoriale, propensione al problem solving e attenzione al dettaglio.
