Intern - HR Generalist

You would join our People Team, based out of the Milan office and will report to the Team Lead, People Italy.

About The Role

As an HR Generalist Intern you’ll be performing various administrative tasks and supporting the HR department’s daily activities.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Support the implementation and management of several HR tools;
- Manage data entry and run reports;
- Organize and maintain personnel records;
- Assisting the HR department with the training process;
- Collaborate with the People Team assisting day-to-day administrative activities.

**PREFERABLY YOU HAVE**:

- Experience working with data;
- Great details attention and an organizational approach;
- Excellent accuracy and a “better check twice” mindset;
- A good knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Access, Powerpoint and G Suite);
- Team player attitude and good communication skills;
- The ability to communicate fluently both in Italian and English.
