HR Generalist InternYour MissionFor our Panerai HQ based in Milan, we are looking for anHR Generalist Internpassionate about the HR world, curious learner with strong communication, organizational, and relational skillsThe HR Generalist Intern will report to the Senior HR Manager and will support in the day-to-day activities related to the HQ population. The intern will be involved in recruitment, onboarding, and HR Department management.During the internship he/she will have the opportunity to learn and gain competencies on the HR management of Milan HQ; moreover, will be involved in some global HR projects.How will you make an impactThe HR Generalist Intern will:Assist with talent acquisition activities: drafting job descriptions, job postings, CV screening, interviews, meetings with hiring managersManage the on-boarding process, including HR inductions and coordination with HR AdministrationOversee the management of HR tools and platforms (e.g. Success Factors)Be a point of contact for the employees regarding HR queriesSupport the HR Manager in the HR Management: contract administration, labor law compliance, bridge with the HR administration team, and assisting employees with HR-related services.Collaborate with the Senior HR Manager and the global HR Team for the organization, coordination and delivery of variety of HR initiatives and projectsHow will you experience successDegree/Master's in Human ResourcesPrevious work experience in HR preferableStrong interpersonal & communications skills with a curious mindsetPositive and proactive attitudeInterested in working in a dynamic contestProject management skillsMS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Fluent in English and ItalianInterview process1st Stage– After your application has been selected, our recruitment team will reach out to you within 2 weeks to conduct an introductory call2nd Stage– Interview with the Senior HR ManagerPanerai is an equal opportunities employer ensuring that all applicants are treated equally and fairly throughout our recruitment process.
