We are looking for a **Team Assistant Sales Area North-East**,** **to be hired with a permanent contract in **Padova** within the **Sales **area.

**Your Challenge**

As **Team Assistant Sales Area North-East** your mission will be to support the Sales Team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Some of the main activities will be:

- Updating customer data in the Spiridon management software and in the SieSales CRM
- Preparation of periodic reports with commercial data for Agents and Sales Managers in the area
- Support in the management of Agent contracts and periodic monitoring of volume trends
- Support in preparing Customer’s annual contracts with MyBonus
- Assistance and secretarial activities for the branch
- Plan meetings and events on-site and off-site
- Answer, screen, and place phone calls; manage inbound and outbound correspondence as required.

**To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have**:

- Proven experience in sales team support
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Spiridon and MyBonus
- Education background in administration
- Effective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions
- Strong organizational skills
- Autonomy and propensity to work in team
- Passion to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Eligibility to work in Italy
