**Posizione**:
La Persona inserita avrà l’obiettivo di creare relazioni e rafforzare la rete di contatti al fine di implementare la forza vendita aziendale.

Nello specifico, si occuperà di ricercare, selezionare ed inserire nuovi agenti, oltre che di ideare, programmare e gestire le attività di comunicazione dell’agenzia.

**Requisiti**:

- Diploma o laurea
- Pregressa esperienza in ambito commerciale e di vendita
- Predisposizione al lavoro per obiettivi
- Abilità negoziale, forte motivazione, ottime doti relazionali ed organizzative
