You will play a k-role in supporting of the overall brand growth developing an Healthcare Professional detailing strategy for the business unit.
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Detailing strategy and activation: support the medical marketing and detailing manager into HCP detailing strategy development including HCP engagement, detailing message plan and deployment to detailing force (communication priorities, detailing tools, meetings detailing force involving internal/external stakeholders)
- Detailing effectiveness: set/monitor KPI of detailing field/projects in place to ensure to drive rightly detailing strategy (active participation in meetings with the management team to ensure delivery of agreed KPIs, operational performance and issue resolutions)
- Detailing and Medical marketing budget accountability and tracking
- Work with Regulatory/Medical Affairs/Trade Marketing and Sales to ensure all element of HCP strategy are achievable, understood and fit into the full strategic needs/execution picture.
- Attending HCP events

**REQUIREMENTS**:
University Scientific or Economic Degree
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (sales effectiveness knowledge or detailing rep as preferred) within a pharmaceutical environment
Fluency in English
Business acumen
