**Your Challenge**
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, hardware and software upgrades and repair work on electro-mechanical / electronic devices at customer sites together with customer education and training.
- To submit clearly written, accurate and complete job, installation, and technical reports within the encouraged timeframe.
- When is not travelling for work, the Field Service Technician works at the Help Desk of the customer service department to give remote support to customers and to produce Sales Offer for the on site service.
- Cooperate with Application Specialists and the Sales team to provide excellent customer service and support business growth.
- Provide feedback to the manager on performance anomalies encountered in the field and suggest recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain and manage own tools and accessories needed to perform repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain and manage own Field Service Spare Parts inventory kits according to defined procedures.
- Represent SIEMENS in a professional manner.

**What you need to bring with you**
You should already have demonstrated ability in installing/maintaining electro-mechanical devices and interfacing electronic devices, together with:

- Have excellent mechanical and basic electrical problem-solving skills in repair and maintenance
- Have a good technical understanding and manual skills
- Good understanding and interpretation of the mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams
- Work carefully, with attention to detail and solution oriented being able to work both independently as in a team, strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Feeling comfortable using Office 365 and excellent use of the laptop (both for SW tools using and electronic device interfacing)
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work in a changing environment

- Eligibility to work in Italy
- Availability to travel for 80% of the time
