**Position**:
We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our recently created team of Financial Analysis and Reporting. Currently the team has two members and we expect it to grow alongside the business. The role will respond to the Senior Financial Analyst. The team’s core mission is to support the decision making processes of our leadership team. You will also be responsible for improving the company’s processes and systems within our remit, for conducting research and analysis in order to sort out business challenges. Additionally, you will assist in the financial planning and tracking of Musixmatch.

**What you will do**:
Analysis of business processes, identification of needs and solutions to meet the goal of the stakeholders involved;
- Supporting the development of solutions for identified projects (such as, M&A, benchmarking, competitor analysis );

Monitoring budgets and project plans;
- Identification of useful KPIs for monitoring business performance and data collection;
- Supporting in development of intervention strategies to solve any critical issues;
- Assistance in drafting internal financial and royalties periodical reporting;
- Collaborate closely with the Accounting team in order to coordinate and monitor cross-functional projects;

Collaborate in the reporting, accounting, and distribution of royalties.

**Requirements**:
Degree in management engineering, economics or equivalent;
- 2+ years of corporate development, management consulting, or Big4 auditing experience with a focus on the technology and financial sector;
- Good knowledge of relational databases;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Power Point) and other reporting tools;
- Good understanding of financial statements and corporate financial reporting;
- Fluency in English.

**Nice to have**:
Music and/or tech industry experience;
- Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
