Esperienze nel settore dell’istruzione sono ben accette, così come quelle in campo aziendale (vendita al dettaglio, cibo, bevande...). Saper sostenere una conversazione fluente in inglese sarà considerato un plus.

In qualità di SBM, supervisionerai le operazioni **quotidiane** e la gestione di una scuola Kids&Us e assicurerai il raggiungimento degli obiettivi scolastici. Questi includono:

- Essere responsabile dell’incremento delle vendite attraverso l’implementazione di specifiche strategie di vendita.
- Costruire relazioni con i genitori e svolgere attività che coinvolgano le famiglie.
- Collaborare con l’Ufficio Marketing della sede principale per aumentare la consapevolezza del marchio, la credibilità e la quota di mercato a favore di Kids&Us.

Per supportarti nella produzione di miglioramenti avrai accesso a materiali e risorse, incluso esperti nell’educazione, specialisti finanziari, risorse umane e partner commerciali.
