Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Service Administration che, riportando al Field Service Coordinator, si occuperà di supportare il team tecnico in diverse attività.

**PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA’**:

- Gestione del magazzino ricambi, assicurando la corretta movimentazione e stoccaggio delle merci;
- Aggiornamento costante dei libri macchina per il mantenimento dello storico;
- Collaborazione con il top management della clientela per organizzare il lavoro e rispondere ad eventuali richieste specifiche;
- Verifica della corretta compilazione della reportistica della manutenzione da parte del personale tecnico;
- Inserimento della reportistica nel portale aziendale per il coordinamento con le altre funzioni aziendali;
- Supporto nella verifica della correttezza delle distinte basi di magazzino;
- Supporto nella tempestiva pianificazione delle attività presso i clienti.

**COMPETENZE E CARATTERISTICHE RICHIESTE**:

- Conoscenza fluente nella lingua italiana;
- Conoscenza almeno al livello B1 della lingua inglese;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft
- Diploma di scuola superiore;
- Preferibile pregressa esperienza nel settore portuale.
