Webuild sta cercando una persona per il ruolo **Capex & Procurement Planning Specialist**, con sede di lavoro Milano. La persona lavorerà nel dipartimento Plant & Equipment Planning, all’interno della direzione Budgeting & Planning, e collaborerà con la direzione Global Supply Chain.
La persona ideale ha almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza in **controllo di gestione, con un focus specifico sugli acquisti**.
**Principali responsabilità**
- Supportare le attività di controllo di gestione per il dipartimento Procurement, garantendo un **monitoraggio**accurato**di** costi e investimenti relativi agli asset produttivi (e.g. macchinari e impianti)**, ai materiali diretti e indiretti e agli investimenti aziendali;
- Effettuare **analisi delle varianze** e fornire report periodici alla direzione per supportare le decisioni strategiche;
- Collaborare con le direzioni AFC e Procurement per allineare gli obiettivi aziendali alle esigenze di controllo e ottimizzazione delle spese;
- Monitorare e gestire i KPI legati all’approvvigionamento e **proporre azioni correttive** per garantire l’efficienza operativa e il rispetto dei budget;
- Utilizzare SAP per il monitoraggio e l’analisi dei dati finanziari e operativi relativi agli acquisti;
- Collaborare con diverse funzioni aziendali (es. Operations, Logistica) per ottimizzare l’allocazione delle risorse e massimizzare il ritorno sugli investimenti.
**Requisiti**
- Laurea in Economia o discipline affini;
- Esperienza di almeno **2-3 anni in controllo di gestione**, con un **focus specifico su attività legate al procurement e alla gestione dei costi**;
- Esperienza nei settori Costruzioni, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Industriale, Ferroviario, Energia;
- Esperienza nel monitoraggio delle varianze e nella gestione delle analisi finanziarie;
- Conoscenze informatiche: ottima conoscenza di MS Office (**Excel**in particolare); ottima conoscenza di **SAP** e capacità di utilizzarlo per attività di reporting e analisi. Gradita conoscenza di **IBM Cognos** **TM1;**:
- Spiccate capacità analitiche, precisione e attenzione al dettaglio;
- Approccio proattivo e orientato ai risultati;
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazionali, con attitudine a lavorare in ambienti complessi e dinamici.
