**About the role**:
We seek a Head of Marketing who will be responsible for the Italian marketing strategy. With the support of our global marketing team and General Manager, you’ll define and drive key OKRs and metrics with a clear roadmap of milestones.

We are a growing international team. You will benefit from a highly experienced global network of digital designers, and brand marketing managers with experience launching and scaling Otovo in 13 markets already.

**What you will do**:

- Paid Marketing: You are responsible for our paid marketing, coordinating our IT performance agency, and defining our lead volume and CPA goals.
- SEO and Organic Marketing: You coordinate and implement SEO strategies and organic marketing activities.
- Brand and PR: You develop and implement brand and PR concepts, executing them successfully in the Italian market.
- Monitoring and Reporting: You monitor, optimize, and report on the success of marketing initiatives, steering them based on our KPIs.
- Agency Management: You competently manage our marketing agency partners by defining their goals, initiating suitable projects, and ensuring target achievement.
- Budget Management: You are responsible for our marketing budget, continuously analyze it, and proactively develop strategies to optimize our marketing costs.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: You work closely with our sales, operations, product, design, brand, and PR departments, providing valuable input.
- Marketing Expertise: You are a marketing all-rounder with at least 3 years of professional experience as a senior marketing manager, either in a company or agency.
- Experience: You have experience in paid and organic marketing, as well as brand building.
- Knowledge: You have a degree in Marketing, Media or Communication
- Data-Driven: You base most of your decisions on data and can communicate ideas, content, and metrics clearly to various stakeholders (including remotely).
- Project Management: You have led projects from strategy to implementation, always with an eye for detail.
- Budget Management: Large budgets are familiar to you.
- Technical Skills: Ideally, you have experience with Google Marketing Platforms, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Data Studio, and Google Analytics.
- Interest in Trends: You have a strong interest in the latest web trends and technologies.
- Communication: You have the ability to influence and network with external and internal business partners - across functions, with regional/global stakeholders.
- Language Skills: You speak Italian at a native level and fluent English to communicate with your international colleagues.
- Team Player: You are a true team player, eager to leave your mark and make a difference as part of a dynamic, ambitious team.
