Managing the virtual contact project the development of brand strategy and marketing plans as well as analyse the market segments, including identification of key growth drivers, opportunities and risks. The scope of the role way include determination of distribution channel solutions (including digital, social media, inside sales).

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

The role broadly includes the following key components:
**Major Responsibilities**:

- Implementing virtual contact strategy in line with AZ goals.
- Collaborating daily with the outsourcer key people to implement the right strategy.
- Monitoring the commercial results of the virtual REPs team as well all the contacts KPIs
- Proactivity in identifying and highlighting areas for improvement, both in the process and in the tools
- Managing effectively a professional team who use remote communication channels to engage the customer
- Defining the brand strategy for the product through the development and implementation of marketing plans, in line with the Italian legislation, AstraZeneca compliance and procedures
- Building a strong partnership between AstraZeneca, the virtual REPs team and the external provider.
- Proactively collaborating with provider and IT in defining most relevant KPIs as well as the best tool/process to daily report the metrics (dashboard)
- Supporting provider and training team in onboarding and developing all the virtual REPs.
- Collaborating with marketing, provider and training in defining scripts & communication strategy.
- Excellent ability to establish and develop a fruitful long-term collaboration with internal and external interlocutors within the company
- In-depth understanding of commercial strategy, methodologies and tools (customer profiling and segmentation, market research techniques including patient journey mapping, competitive intelligence resources)
- Ability to lead and/or engage cross-functional working groups and teams
- Collaborating with SFE and provider in setting the sales targets.
- Being autonomous in delivering the sales forecast process for assigned brands
- Working with Market Research team to analyse market data and identify key segment drivers, growth opportunities and business threats
- Being the contact person for each aspects of the project
- Ensuring high Corporate image around Scientific Community
**Essential requirements**
- Bachelors Degree in digital marketing or other relevant field.
- +3 years work experience in leading a virtual contacts team
- Strong experience in coordinating high-level communications in contact center environment (pharma, banking, insurance, B2B services)
- Excellent digital marketing skills to adapt all the brand/disease content to better fit the digital communication channel
- Good analytics skills to understand the KPIs and identify the strategic insights for further improvements
- Good communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
- Strong team working & problem solving skills.
**Desirable requirements**
- Advanced Degree (MBA)
- Master in digital marketing and/or digital communication
- SAS Certification
- Use of Python or R
