The Finance Solution Expert is accountable for designing and taking care of the adoption of solutions for the core insurances Life and Health and Non-Life business processes, leveraging on a common platform.

**Activities**:
Works with and across other leaders, architects and implementation leads to ensure that the solution for technical accounting and general ledger processes related to Life and Non-Life business is consistent with both design guidelines and functional standards across different countries
- Proven experience in Finance insurance projects or organizational unit for commercial or retail insurance
- Ability to understand, document and propose functional solutions for the technical accounting and general ledger processes including IFRS reporting
- Demonstrable experience in understanding insurance accounting systems and implementation of technology capabilities
- Conduct and manage conversations with C-level business and technology executives.
- Demonstratable experience in deploying end to end business solutions but at the same time can guide project-based architecture, design and sizing of the end-to-end solution for insurance business.
- Transform very high-level requirements into specific implementation strategies furthering multi-year solution roadmap
- Effectively own, manage and communicate with business leaders to solve critical business problems

**Requirements**:

- HARD SKILLS_
- Proven experience on similar projects within the insurance sector in the finance area
- Knowledge in developing end to end business solutions in his/her experience domain
- Fluent in English
- Preferable knowledge of a second language (i.e., ES, DE)
- SOFT SKILLS_
- Comprehensive knowledge, learning willpower and capability to analyse in detail the problem and prepare in-depth reports
- Capability to work effectively both as a team member and as an individual, creating and managing a work plan to respect project deadlines
- Constant focus on deadlines and flexibility
