Serioplast is looking for a **Project Manager Junior**for its headquarters in Seriate, Bergamo.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

The **Project Manager Junior** assists the project leader in managing projects, providing in-plant support, and enhancing coordination with the Engineering team during the planning and implementation of new production projects according to company standards and procedures.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Participates actively in project planning and is responsible for keeping it up-to-date by coordinating with the project members and ensuring alignment with the project's scope.
- Supervises and coordinates project supplier's activities in the plant.
- Supports the start-up and integration of new operations projects.
- Coordinates new production ramp-up activities and guarantees a smooth project handover to the plant.
- Provides logistics support and expertise to new production projects.

**Technical Skills**:

- Good knowledge of Health, Safety, and environmental rules and practices.
- Good knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM).
- Good knowledge of the properties and behavior of the thermoplastic polymers.
- Good applied knowledge of WCM standards.
- Good knowledge of CAD 2D.
- Excellent knowledge of English.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering.
- Minimum one year's experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company
