**Résumé du poste**
1. Contribute to Online Store Operation establishment based on business strategy.
**Rôle et Responsabilités**
1. Support in establishing Online Store strategy by developing new platform functions, identifying and mapping processes, analysing and evaluating future scenarios and options, designing multi-systems integration flows and communicating properly with different stakeholders
2. Manage and monitor Platform order processes, identify issues and address them till resolution.
3. Solve eStore financial issues in cooperation with a dedicated team
4. Analyse eStore sales
5. Create / modify T&C (terms and conditions) liaising effectively and efficiently with with in-house Legal team
**Skills and Qualifications**
**Requirements**:
Master's Degree in Management Engineering
Knowledge of Online and E-commerce flows and platform processes, including Logistics, SAP Nerp nice to have but optional
3-5 years' experience in the same role within structured international companies
Strong result orientation
Ability to work as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, highly motivated, dynamic, determined and able to effectively interact with other company functions
Excel mastery
Excellent level of English both written and spoken
