Our ICT department is looking for an Application Maintenance Specialist to manage the Application and Technical Support, related to incident, problem, change request, about our software and hardware equipment..

**Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- Work within the team to diagnose problems and get the systems back up and running or escalate the issues through a third level support.
- Responsible to keep users informed about the status of the issue, and reporting when the service has been restored.
- In charge of handling the user’s ticket in order to provide solution. It is his/her accountability works through finding the issue root cause and recommend what should be done to avoid this happening again.
- Capacity to analyse problems and propose solutions
- Knowledge of IT Service Management process

**Requirements**:

- Technological skills about IT base equipment
- Excellent team management skills
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing Italian/English is required
- Knowledge main process about Manufacturing company Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry
- Customizing SAP skills
- Knowledge and experience suite SalesForce is valued
- Technological skills about IT base equipment
- Empathy with users, patience and understanding
- Investigation and diagnostic skills
