**Web & Social Media Junior Specialist**

Humanitas University is an International Medical School in Milan, built alongside the renowned Humanitas Research Hospital. As an international university, Hunimed attracts young students from all around the world, offering 2 MD degree courses in English (Medicine and Surgery and MEDTEC School); 4 undergraduate degree courses in Italian (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Biomedical Laboratory Techniques and Imaging and Radiotherapy Techniques); 2 master’s degrees; 3 PhD programmes and 26 Medical Specialty Schools.

Education and training are seamlessly connected to the nearby Humanitas Research Hospital and Scientific Research Center. In addition to the library and study spaces, students benefit from cutting-edge technologies and gain practical experience through hands-on activities at the advanced Simulation Center.

**Position Overview**

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**

As a member of the Web & Social Media Team, you will have the outstanding opportunity to:

- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing digital content to share across Hunimed’s social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce engaging graphics and videos
- Manage the university's social media accounts, including posting, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Social media coverage of live events at university campus
- Track and analyse website and social media metrics to evaluate the performance
- Collaborate with professional journalists to produce web articles
- Develop your copywriting, editing and SEO-optimizing skills in Wordpress, while cooperating with other departments and interacting with students to populate the website
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and propose new ideas for campaigns
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian, other language skills are a plus
- Passion for web and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitch)
- Good copywriting skills and creative thinking
- Basic understanding of website building
- Good organisational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to details
- Problem-solving and can-do attitude
- Outgoing and independent with solid interpersonal skills

**Additional requirements we are looking for**:

- Video and Photo editing platforms knowledge
- Digital Analytics tools knowledge
- Passion for the education or healthcare sector is a bonus
