Our **Deal Strategy** team provides support in **M&As**, from the pre-deal evaluation to the post-deal integration or separation with focus on the definition and quantification of all value creation levers. As a member of this team, you will work in close contact with lenders, shareholders and managers at all levels, helping to support clients in corporate finance transactions using digital tools and technology in your day-to-day work. Join our teams in **Bologna** where you will gain experience supporting shareholders and management of client companies in solving complex business challenges, from the definition of strategy to the execution of value creation initiatives, with focus on the Pre-Deal Business/Operational Due Diligence, Business Planning and Post-Deal Integration phases. Specifically, you will be tasked with: - Business & Strategic Planning: You’ll work alongside C-level executives to assess the business in a short time framework and define/ quantify improvement actions to present to investors and stakeholders; - Business & Commercial Due Diligence: You’ll analyze business dynamics, market, and competition for potential targets, working with private equity funds and other buyers; - Identification and review of synergies both in a pre and post deal phase.
