We are now looking for a young and talented **Tech** **Recruiter Specialist**, to be part of our People and Culture team, based in Milan.

**Your daily task at Mia**:

- Sourcing, interviewing and closing top tech talent
- Writing beautiful job descriptions
- CV screening
- Talent attraction activities
- Definition of new recruiting strategies
- You will be responsible of the entire recruitment process and the different tools
- Welcoming during the onboarding process
- Promotion and support of Mia-Platform’ values and culture
**Who you are**:

- Humanist with strong soft skills;
- A freshly graduate in HR management;
- You are a great storyteller, with an ability to inspire and motivate people to join Mia-Platform;
- You’re comfortable owning the relationship with hiring managers; advising, influencing and challenging when needed;
You are a results driven person with strong communication skills and proactivity;
- You are ambitious and tech enthusiast;
