Within Sales & Marketing Processes team, the Marketing Processes Coordinator is responsible to implement the right processes and practices across the sales & marketing organization.

The key responsibility of the Marketing Processes Coordinator is to understand and analyse the current sales & marketing activities and processes, design in an effective and cost-efficient manner processes and make sure that are on track for the consistent delivery of a high level of client service.

He/she will also be the coordinator of the team responsible for the delivery of some recurrent B2B and B2C operations activity at central level.

He/she also expected to identify issues and needs by maintaining an excellent relationship with internal customers and stakeholders.

The role will collaborate with all the main HQ marketing team, local marketing roles and IT dept.

Main responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
- Coordination and execution of all sales&marketing operations activities including business as usual activities
- Support business roll out of technical solutions, trainings, market support and adoption monitoring
- Maintain high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
- Ensure that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
- Quality assurance, KPI’s and results monitoring

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in the same role
- Requested strong analytical and process improvement approach, able to clearly communicate business needs and requirements both to technical teams, and internally to local marketing and/or HQ
- Able to conduct analysis and tests to identify issues in a system and provide solutions to effectively resolve such issues
- Well organized, proactive and willingly
- Fluency in English and Italian
