Da oltre **25 anni **Svicom offre un servizio di consulenza completo e integrato nell’ambito della valorizzazione di immobili, affermandosi come una delle aziende leader nel Real Estate italiano.

La società vanta un portfolio di **130 asset**:

- per una Gla superiore a **1,8 milioni di mq**:

- che include centri e parchi commerciali, stand alone e high street, food hall, immobili logistici e direzionali.

Fanno parte del Gruppo Svicom le controllate **Svicom Agency **e **Svicom Gestioni Condominiali**.
- Svicom Real Estate Managers_ ricerca e seleziona, per una sostituzione di maternità, un Marketing Coordinator (U/D) nell'area Nord-Italia. La figura risponderà all’Head of Marketing e l’attività dovrà essere svolta in coordinamento con le funzioni property e direzione dei Centri.

Il profilo ricercato si occuperà, principalmente, di:

- Studio del mercato di riferimento e dei nuovi trends
- Supporto strategico nell’ identificazione e definizione attività dei piani di marketing di un portfolio di centri commerciali
- Coordinamento attività e campagne di marketing di un portfolio di centri commerciali
- Supporto operativo alle Direzioni dei Centri nella definizione e attuazione degli eventi
- Coordinamento allocazioni investimenti media
- Analisi e Reporting: monitoraggio del budget, dei kpi’s e analisi dei risultati dei principali progetti
- Analisi e monitoraggio della concorrenza.

Requisiti necessari:

- Laurea e/o master con specializzazione marketing;
- Esperienza mínima di 2/3 anni nel marketing strategico, preferibilmente retail;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza di Word, Excel e Power Point;
- Precisione;
- Intraprendenza;
- Entusiasmo, grinta e orientamento ai risultati;
- Spiccata attitudine per i rapporti interpersonali e determinazione;
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative.

Sono considerati requisiti preferenziali:

- Pregressa esperienza nell’Industry Centri Commerciali
- Retail
- Real Estate;
- Provenienza da agenzie di marketing con coordinamento di progetti integrati;
- Conoscenza delle principali dinamiche di Digital Marketing.
