For our Customer Service Department we are looking for a **Customer Service Intern.**
- Position Scope_

Support the managing of order management and customer service activities for distribution of Beko products in Italian territory.
- Main Activities_
- Order, delivery note, invoice creation and price list updates in SAP system
- Delivery appointments for unloading operations at customers’ premises for direct deliveries.
- Delivery management with customers in coordination with logistics providers
- Logistics Claims
- Qualifications_
- Education level: High School Diploma/University degree
- Experience: 6 months in Customer Service (NICE TO HAVE)
- Fluent Italian language and good in English

Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Stipendio: €700,00 al mese
