**Hotel Booking Agent**

Hotiday is a **fast-growing PropTech startup VC backed** that is revolutionizing the hotel industry by building the first virtual hotel chain, with certified rooms in every hotel.

Our mission is to provide the **best hotel experience for the next generation of travelers**

As a **Stagaire as Hotel Reservation Agent**, you will be responsible for assisting our customers during their booking activities and their stay, as well as creating and implementing strategies to increase customer retention and engagement. The position is a **6-month stage aimed at hiring**.

**What you’ll do**:

- **Manage hotels’ bookings** through our Property Management System (PMS) and Channel Manager.
- Develop and implement **customer retention strategies **to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty
- **Analyze data and metrics** to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Respond to **customer inquiries** in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
- **Monitor customer feedback** and work closely with other teams to improve our product and service offerings.
- Organize and oversee the **setup of hotel facilities** with Hotiday services and accessories.
- **Support the sales team** with the pricing of hotel rooms to acquire.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Excellent communication, sales and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Tourism Economics and Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Experience in digital marketing and/or social media management is a plus

**What You Will Learn**:

- How to use a **Property Management System (PMS)** and its functionalities to manage reservations, payments, room inventory, rates, and generate report
- Skills in **Excel **for data analysis and **reporting**:

- How to use a **CRM platform **such as Hubspot for customer relationship management and marketing automation
- How to use **Meta Business Suite** for social media management and advertising
- How to use **Google Ads** and **Google My Business** for online advertising and search optimization
- How to **optimize **and **maximize revenues **in a hotel, split into the main selling channels (OTAs and direct selling channel)
