**AxyHotels**, società di gestione hotels con strutture presenti sul territorio italiano, sta selezionando per il **Warmthotel** di Roma Eur, hotel 4 stelle prevalentemente a vocazione business, un/una **Guest Experience Team Member**.

Il/la **Guest Experience Team Member** si occuperà di gestire le attività di front-office e back-office a 360°. Sarà responsabile del buon andamento delle attività di reception sarà il primo punto di contatto per i nostri ospiti e il riferimento durante il loro soggiorno. Sarà cura del Guest Experience Team Member fargli vivere un’esperienza unica e rilassante

**I tuoi compiti principali sarann**o:

- Accoglienza clienti e gestione delle prenotazioni;
- Svolgimento di funzioni amministrativo-contabili di ricevimento;
- Eseguire tutte le attività di check-in e check-out e altri compiti correlati;
- Fornire informazioni e servizi di orientamento per un’ampia varietà di richieste degli ospiti;
- Rimanere aggiornati su tutti i servizi dell’hotel così come sulle richieste quotidiane degli ospiti e sugli eventi speciali;
- Garantire il rispetto degli standard e della sicurezza.

**Requisiti necessari**:

- Precedente esperienza in hotel;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni diurni e notturni;
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione;
- Capacità di anticipare e risolvere problemi;
- Orientamento al cliente e al miglioramento della Customer Experience in Hotel;
- Capacità di lavorare da soli e come parte di una squadra;
- Ottima gestione dello stress;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative;
- Autonomia, buone doti organizzative e orientamento al risultato;
- Approccio SMART.

**Requisiti preferenziali**:
Conoscenza del gestionale PROTEL.

Tipo di contratto: subordinato full-time, CCNL di riferimento Alberghi Confcommercio.
La selezione è estesa a tutto il territorio italiano. Nella fase iniziale, per agevolare un eventuale processo di trasferimento a Roma, verrà valutata la possibilità di alloggio in hotel.
