**Bei uns wird dir garantiert nicht langweilig, denn du**:

- Führst das Team einer externen Housekeeping Dienstleistungsfirma und bist dabei insbesondere für Kapazitäts
- und Qualitätsmanagement sowie Lieferschein
- und Leistungskontrolle verantwortlich
- Kontrollierst täglich alle Gästezimmer sowie die öffentlichen Bereiche auf absolute Sauberkeit und gewährleistest die Einhaltung der Ruby Housekeeping-Qualitätsstandards
- Bist für die Beschaffung von Arbeits
- und Verbrauchsmaterialien in Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen Operations-Support-Team zuständig
- Überwachst die Einhaltung des Housekeeping-Budget
- Führst kleinere Pflege
- und Reparaturmaßnahmen selbständig durch oder kümmerst dich um deren Durchführung von anderen Parteien
- Arbeitest eng mit dem Office in unserer Zentrale in München zusammen
- Kümmerst dich um Pflanzen und Blumenschmuck sowie die saisonale Dekoration
- Verwaltest Fundsachen und deren Nachsendung

**Wir haben schon auf dich gewartet, denn du**:

- Hast eine Ausbildung im Hotelgewerbe oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Hotelmanagement
- Bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position mit, idealerweise in der Individual bzw. Privathotellerie mit Lifestyle-Charakter
- Weißt, worauf es bei der Zusammenarbeit mit Fremdfirmen ankommt
- Bringst eine starke Serviceorientierung sowie Erfahrung in der Gästebetreuung mit
- Verfügst bereits über Erfahrung in der internen Steuerung von Mängelbeseitigungen und auch selbst über technisches Geschick
- Bringst eine Affinität zu Sauberkeit und Ordnung sowie den Blick für das Detail mit
- Zeichnest dich durch kosten
- und umweltbewusstes Denken und Handeln aus
- Bist sowohl kommunikationsstark und durchsetzungsfähig, als auch belastbar und flexibel
- Beherrschst Italienisch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
