Serving three primary markets - passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment - Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.

**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic-thinking **Sales Finance Analyst** in **Arco (TN)**location, to support our sales team with data-driven insights, reporting, and process improvements. The resource would be part of the Sales Finance, Marketing and Communications team and will play a key part in sales performance optimization, CRM maintenance, data integrity, and strategic decision-making support.

- Forecasting process and future scenarios development
- Sales Analysis contribution to the strategic target achievement
- Sales process model optimization and CRM adoption improvement
- Collaboration with Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Marketing

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Sales forecasting and target setting
- Trade Tariffs impact calculations
- Price adjustment calculations
- Sales analytics and insights generation
- Customer contracts database management
- Go-to-market strategy support
- Ad hoc analysis for leadership

**Job Position Requirements**:
Education: University master degree Management, Finance or related Fields

**Professional background**
- 3-year experience in a related field (sales operations, finance, customer service)
- Strong willingness to learn
