**Area Sales Manager Central-South Italy**:**

You will drive ABB Installation Products business, in the Northern part of Italy, create sales strategies, assigning goals, negotiating sales budgets and defining marketing plans. In this role, you will lead and coach a team composed of direct sales specialists and sales agencies and you will be responsible for the business results in the assigned area.

Sales Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team to successfully develop the business in the assigned area, assisting them with key negotiations, building business relationships with the main stakeholders and ensuring the plan execution.
- Implement and localize the company strategy in the area of competence
- Strengthen the business relationships with the selected business partners
- Drive a strong demand creation campaign
- Ensure the sales team is constantly kept trained and updated about the critical value proposition
- Develop strong relationships with the key customers and partners
- Support the definition of the annual development plans with the key partners and ensure they are completed
- Work closely with the product marketing team to strengthen the brand recognition in the market

**Your background**:

- You are a business professional, with 5-10 years of experience in the electrical installations solutions and cable protection industry working as Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
- Experience in business development, account management and cross-selling
- An understanding of agreements negotiations and commercial terms
- Exceptional spoken and written communication skills, negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a professional, “can-do” attitude
- Office 365 suite
- Good level of English would be a preference
