Product Owner

**About The Role**:

**ATTIVITA’**
- Gestisce operativamente la vision di prodotto e la roadmap attraverso il Product Backlog, di cui è owner e gestisce le priorità, e i meeting di roadmap item estimation della/e squad;
- Recepisce per priorità gli obiettivi strategici di business e li tramutain obiettivi operativi con l’obiettivo di massimizzare il valore del prodotto;
- E’ il principale comunicatore tra il prodotto e la squad e garantisce l'adesione del team alle decisioni del business;
- Fornisce indicazioni alla/e squad sulle priorità dettate dalle necessità di prodotto, aspettative degli stakeholder, nuove idee, strategie di mercato e suggerimenti del team stesso;
- Garantisce che la/e squad comprenda tutti gli elementi del Product Backlog al livello necessario;
- Contribuisce al calcolo e alla definizione del business value delle iniziative di roadmap;
- Effettua meeting di allineamento con altri PO per la gestione dei punti di contatto con altri prodotti o le iniziative multi prodotto(PO SYNC);
- Condivide product roadmap e backlog con tutti gli attori, in modo da tenerli aggiornati sui vari steps - in modo chiaro e ben definito;
- Conosce le dipendenze funzionali del progetto che influenzeranno la sequenza di sviluppo;
- Supervisiona le varie fasi di sviluppo del prodotto garantendo la realizzazione di un increment tangibile ad ogni iterazione (Sprint) collaborando con lo Scrum Master;
- Incontra costantemente la/e squad per perfezionare il processo, rispondere alle domande e definire le aree di miglioramento continuo del prodotto;
- E’ responsabile nella valutazione dell'avanzamento del prodotto attraverso ogni iterazione e decide se la squad può passare alla fase successiva del processo di sviluppo o tornare al passaggio precedente.

**CARATTERISTICHE**:

- Esperienza pregressa come Product Owner o ruolo simile in un ambiente agile è un plus;
- Conoscenza delle metodologie agili, in particolare Scrum;
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e interpersonali, sia in italiano che in inglese;
- Capacità di analizzare i dati e trarne informazioni utili;
- Forte orientamento al risultato e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
