Per prestigiosa realtà multinazionale operante nel settore eyewear, Envolve Consulting, società indipendente nel Management Search, seleziona una figura di Advanced Product Quality Planning.
Rispondendo direttamente al Plant Quality Manager, la risorsa si occuperà di gestire gli operatori e le aree qualitative assegnate garantendo i controlli previsti dal piano di controllo affidatogli monitorando i KPI qualitativi di area, intervenendo nel caso di difettosità che riguardano un numero importante di componenti, definito a seconda della tipologia di prodotto, oppure nel caso di difettosità gravi interagendo con ufficio tecnico / produzione /fornitori esterni.
**Principali responsabilità**:
Risk analysis preventiva con team prodotto nei primi stadi di sviluppo delle collezioni
Confronto con ufficio tecnico e industrializzazione per confermare risk analysis e eventuali test di laboratorio
Implementazione procedure per il controllo statistico di processo
Monitoraggio KPI di qualità
Segue il primo lotto produttivo per monitorare le azioni correttive.
**Requisiti richiesti**:
Laurea in Ingegneria/facoltà scientifiche o esperienza lavorativa comparabile;
Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in aziende strutturate nel settore occhialeria;
conoscenza metodologia 6sigma;
Conoscenza del pacchetto office, SAP;
Buone capacità comunicative;
Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
