MISSION

He/she will work on the store concept evolution and implementation both for interiors and facades including new design proposals (local touches, materials research, technical study, new fixtures), conveying to the Bulgari architectural concept modernity, luxury, sophistication and emotional experiences. He/she will define the upgrade of the store concept declinations including the resorts, temporary stores & wholesales concept.

The Design Retail Specialist will report directly to the Design Retail Manager.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Store Design Concept: ideate an innovative, contemporary, and strategic design for the retail environment that builds up a strong brand image, consistent worldwide.
- Contribute to the store concept evolution based on five pillars: contemporary design; sustainability; storytelling & craftsmanship; hospitality; technology
- Conceive a Façade Iconic Design Concept implementing innovative and sustainable materials in compliance with the assigned budget
- Define creative strategy and conceptual mood boards - determine what is the creative theme and develop visual mood boards
- Enrich the layout design with local touches accordingly with the geographical area. From floorplans, sections, elevations to renderings.
- Ensure materials research and follow closely the prototyping phase collaborating with consultants & suppliers to define the materials, lighting etc. and the execution of a 1:1 scale prototype

**Profile**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3+ years experience of Design Retail
- Knowledge of design and architecture principles and tools
- Technical background, attention to details and drawings
- Knowledge of Bulgari products and commercial network
- Specific IT Applications (Office, AutoCAD, Adobe creative suite, Sap etc.)
- Excellent in logical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Able to work cross-functionally and with others with diverse skill sets
