Compiti e responsabilità:
La risorsa, riportando al Responsabile Del Miglioramento Continuo del Service Desk Online (Continual Service Improvement), avrà il compito di organizzare in modo armonico e strutturato tutta la conoscenza e le informazioni relative ai servizi erogati e alle tematiche gestire dall’area service desk online
Il suo obiettivo principale sarà quello di costruire un “sapere diffuso”, mediante la gestione, la condivisione e l’aumento di tutte quelle conoscenze ritenute utili per l’attività del Service Desk Online, così da renderle accessibili a tutti i suoi membri e migliorarne l’efficacia e l’efficienza lavorativa.
Capacità essenziali richieste dal ruolo:
Ottima conoscenza sui cms per la gestione dei contenuti;
Ottima conoscenza di strumenti di Work-Flow Management;
Buona conoscenza delle linee guida standard I.T.I.L. (Information Technology Infrastructure Library);
Esperienza pregressa in Team Management;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
La risorsa ideale possiede una Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o cultura equivalente e, data la natura del ruolo, è richiesta un’esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni in contesti organizzati e strutturati.
Completano il profilo ottime capacità organizzative, comunicative e relazionali, focalizzazione e orientamento al risultato, flessibilità e ottime doti di Time Management.

Con possibilità di lavoro agile, le nostre sedi riferimento potranno essere: Ponte San Pietro (BG), Milano, Bologna, Torino, Firenze, Arezzo o Roma
